The administrative and management service module "Office Communicator" of the Exarch platform is part of the unified software of the Russian Office Communicator "Messenger Exarch", developed for both small businesses and large corporate companies.

Functional characteristics: The module is designed to provide the governing bodies of an organization operating from an office messenger with the ability to form positions, conferences, hierarchically nested divisions, as digital workplaces for employees and managers of each organization, and manage its organizational structure. The administrative and management service allows the office messenger to manage the organization's structure, in particular, to create offices (hierarchically nested divisions), positions and conferences, set up offices, move offices across the organizational structure from one department to another, edit cabinet profiles, appoint employees from the staff list to positions or dismiss them, manage appointments employees are office members and conference participants.
